Managing employee’s attendance and work time records is a tough job. Maintaining the records in separate sheets takes up a lot of time and creates confusion. Here, you can use TimeCard Plus 3.5.2 to solve this problem. It provides you with features for tracking the time and attendance information. When you enter the details and set the rules according to your organization policies, it automatically updates the benefit hours of the employees. If you set the wages details with the given features it will immediately calculate the wages each employee has earned according to the time they worked. It can keep the records of the punch-in punch-out, Hours Worked and Time Off Hours.

TimeCard Plus 3.5.2 has easy features that lead you to maintain the records in a simple manner. To begin with you need to add information relating to the employees to add them to the list. Enter the data records with the options; Basic Data, Personal Data, Custom Data and Comment. Enter the name, employee ID, start date and enable the feature if the employee is eligible to earn benefit hours. You can record the information regarding department in which the employee works and the designation and different other information. Save the information and it gets added to the employees list. You can even set the Time Off Reasons; select the reason for the vacation, description, and you can even enable other features that have been presented. When you are done with the selection then you can track the time hours for each employee easily. Whet you need to do is to select the employee’s name and the related information would be shown on the screen. It shows the time of the ‘In’ and ‘Out’ and the count for the Shift with the calculations for the total hours worked.

The TimeCard Plus 3.5.2 gives you an easy way to keep the track of the working time as well helps you to calculate the wages for each employee which earns it a score of 4 rating points. It also scores high on account of options for maintaining the security of the data.

It automatically calculates benefit hours employees have earned (based on your company policies), and checks whether the employee has earned the benefit hours as they are taken. TimeCard Plus allows multi-user access so more than one person can access and update information at the same time. TimeCard Plus also features shift indicators and the ability to have different overtime policies for different employees. Up to 4 sets of punch-in and punch-out times can be entered for each day. TimeCard Plus is particularly useful for employers who primarily pay employees on an hourly basis. Hours Worked and Time Off Hours reports can be generated in summary and in detail, for selected employees or selected departments for a user specified period of time. If employee wages are entered into the program, the Hours Worked report can also include gross wages for the time period reported. A shift differential can also be added to the gross wages for those employees working second or third shifts. A Benefit Balances report can be printed periodically and given to employees to show them exactly how much time they have taken and how much time they have left for each benefit. Data Import and Export capabilities allow you to pass information stored in TimeCard Plus to other software packages you may use. A Manager Access password prevents unauthorized access to sensitive information and older records. You enter the punch-in and punch-out times and TimeCard does the rest.
